Rules

The rules.

A plain summary of how entering works. The full terms are published here before entries open.

01 · Who can enter

Your age on the day entries close decides your age group.

  • Node: ages 5 to 11. Parent or guardian, on the child's behalf.
  • Ray: ages 12 to 17. The creator.
  • Orbit: ages 18 to 30. The creator.

If you are under 5 or over 30 on the closing date, you cannot enter this edition. Board members, staff, jurors and their immediate families are not eligible.

02 · What you can enter

You can make up to 3 entries in each edition, one in each category.

  • Art & Craft: Images of physical work, 1 to 5 images.
  • Photography: Single image, or a series of up to 5.
  • Advertising Brief Challenge: Poster or idea boards, or a film up to 60 seconds.

Give each entry a title and a short description in English. For every entry you must confirm four things: the work is original, a person made it with no generative AI creating it, anyone identifiable in it has agreed to it being entered, and you have the rights to everything included.

03 · Fees

The fee is USD 2 per entry if you live outside Bangladesh, and BDT 100 per entry if you live in Bangladesh. Fees are not refundable unless Global Creative Foundation cancels an edition. A valid waiver code from a partner makes an entry free.

04 · Closing

Entries close at 23:59 UTC on the closing date. There are no late entries, and an entry that has not been paid for by then is not entered. Until then you can edit the title, description and files.

05 · Your work

You own your work. By entering you give Global Creative Foundation a non-exclusive licence to use it for the competition, the gallery and promoting Creative Clans.

Commercial use is always a separate offer. You, and a parent or guardian if you are under 18, can accept or decline it, and declining does not affect your entry. If a commercial sale goes ahead, the creator's share is 50% of net revenue.
