Common questions
Who can enter?
Anyone aged 5 to 30, from anywhere in the world. Your age is worked out on the day entries close, not the day you enter. Board members, staff, jurors and their immediate families cannot enter.
How many entries can I make?
One per category in each edition, so up to three: Art & Craft, Photography, Advertising Brief Challenge.
How much does it cost?
USD 2 per entry if you live outside Bangladesh, paid by card. BDT 100 per entry if you live in Bangladesh, paid with bKash, Nagad or a local card. Your country of residence sets the currency. Fees are not refundable, unless Global Creative Foundation cancels an edition.
Can I enter for free?
Yes, if a school or community partner gives you a waiver code. Enter the code at checkout and the fee is removed.
Can I use AI tools?
No. Work must be your own, made by a person, with no generative AI creating it. Screeners and jurors make the decisions, and entries that break this rule are removed.
Who owns my work?
You do. By entering you give Global Creative Foundation a non-exclusive licence to use your work for the competition, the gallery and promoting Creative Clans. Any commercial use is a separate offer that you can accept or decline, and declining never affects your entry.
I am under 18. What happens?
A parent or guardian must give consent. For ages 5 to 11 they enter for you. For ages 12 to 17 you can start an entry, and we email your parent or guardian a link to confirm before you can pay and submit.
Can I change my entry after I submit it?
You can edit the title, description and files until entries close. You cannot change the category.
What happens if I do not pay before entries close?
A draft that has not been paid for by the closing time is not entered. There are no late entries.
When will I hear the results?
Winners are announced on the day the next edition opens. Every entrant is emailed an outcome, and finalists receive feedback from the jury.
What language should I write in?
Write the title and description in English. The work itself can be in any language.
